Keep extra cool in the summer with central AC!  There is also a 220V EV charging outlet available in the garage.  A gas fire pit is available in the rear yard along with Adirondack chairs and picnic bench.

The entire house is accessible and available. There is also access in the neighborhood to the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) which runs through the forest just down the street. This trail connects with over 50 miles of hiking and biking trails throughout the city. You can hear South towards Fort Tuthill Park or take it North up towards Northern Arizona University.
